Since 2023, the artist has lived in a small village in eastern Germany.

The surrounding nature and old orchards currently form her main source of inspiration.

Her work consists primarily of collages, mixed media and drawings.

Old books from the DDR era are cut, torn and reassembled.

Chance plays an important role in the creative process. Torn shapes and unexpected combinations guide the compositions.

A strong sense of estrangement emerges in the collages. Familiar reality is distorted and reinterpreted.

Fragments from the past mingle with elements of the natural world as it exists today.

The result is poetic, melancholic and dreamlike.
